Shipping your parcel
We promise to ship your packages within a maximum of two days following receipt of your payment. Our shipments are insured and include a tracking number, providing visibility into the delivery of your package. By default, packages are delivered without requiring a signature. However, if you prefer a signature delivery via a specific service, please contact us in advance, as this may incur additional costs.
Regardless of the delivery choice, we send you a link to track your package online, allowing you to locate it at any time.
Our shipping costs include the costs of preparation, packaging and shipping. The preparation fee remains fixed, while the shipping cost varies depending on the total weight of the package. To optimize these costs, we recommend that you group your items into a single order. Please note that separate shipping charges apply to each order placed separately.
We take great care in the packaging of your items to ensure their protection during transport. Our boxes are adapted to the dimensions of the products ordered, thus guaranteeing adequate protection.
Please note that your package is shipped at your own risk, but we pay special attention to fragile items to minimize any risk of damage.
