Application:
1. Apply Rubber Base Clear to the desired area
2. Gently position the rhinestones
3. Cure 60 seconds to set their sparkle
4. For optimal hold, add a final touch of rubber base around the rhinestones with a fine brush
5. Cure again for 60 seconds
